Senior Technical Writer
We’re looking for a resourceful and organized Senior Technical Writer to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Create product documentation, documentation structure and hierarchy
- Document anything from integration guides to user and admin API docs
- Work closely with the product and R&D team in an Agile environment
What you need to succeed
- Experience documenting SaaS tools and API-based integrations
- Strong interpersonal communications
- Ability to simplify complex technical information for target audiences
- Committed and highly reliable in meeting documentation requirements and deadlines
- Strong technical and technological orientation
- Knowledge of information design, presentation of data, language conventions, and communication principles
- Familiar with lean documentation principals
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, CLI, AWS, GCP, Azure, DBs, etc.
